Have not had a hard confirmation on this, but looks like SkyHealth 2 based in Bridgeport, shut down operations on January 1st of this year. N253MT, operated by Med-Trans, is a 2014 EC135P2+.
SkyHealth 2 was the the second helicopter in the SkyHealth program, a joint venture between Yale New Haven Health and Northwell Health. Launched in early 2023, it was specifically based in Connecticut to serve southern New England and the surrounding 200-mile radius of New Haven.
Looking at flight tracking data, N253MT departed Connecticut on January 2nd and arrived at MUSC in South Carolina on January 4th. Since then data shows locations in Virginia and South Carolina. Looks like now a permanent part of the Med Trans backup fleet.
